This is a really great use of Twine's text effects, which I usually don't like but in this case they were perfect for your game. Your writing and the structure of the game really empathetically communicate what's it's like to have ADHD for someone such as myself who doesn't (as far as I know) so well done. I learnt something!
The only change I would suggest is having something to click right at the end to take you back to the beginning (not the passive "Restart" button in the sidebar) so it's very clear to the player that they have reached the end (and that they might want to try a different path, since it does branch slightly).
